vegan option available!! don’t be afraid of the anchovy paste even if you don’t like fish, the end result isn’t seafood-y. the filling is complex, salty-sweet, + highly satisfying. it’s so flavourful that all you really need to finish the dish off is some salted brown butter, parmesan, and black pepper. and it’s made with ~seasonal ingredients~/very low-waste <3
